On this site you can report your repairs direct online, set up appointments, get access to a copy of your residents manual or the full office manual and other information and issues.
Residents will also have the opportunity to use the internet at the Daystar sessions planned to take place in Tubbs Lane when lots of new ideas and activities are due to take place. Texting is on its way...
Another innovation is that your Co-op will be using text messages to communicate with all tenants. This is much easier and quicker and it will also mean that you will receive reminders about meetings and repair appointments. Your Co-op will be holding texting sessions for those tenants and members who do not know how to text at Tubbs Lane on a regular basis. Other sessions will include welfare and HB claim forms and also for those who are entitled to a DLA (Disability Allowance) claims. Helen Crowe will be available to help residents establish whether they are entitled to these DLA funds, she has helped a number of residents so please look out for these sessions and join Helen and other helpers.
