There are other management sub-groups, which include the Maintenance /Repairs Sub-Group; the Finance/Rent Sub-Group; the Allocations Sub-Group; and the Employment Sub-Group. All these Committees report their proceedings to General Meetings of the Co-op, which takes place on a minimum of four (4) meetings per year and these are open to every Member to attend. Indeed, Members should attend at least one General Meeting per year.

All Members are encouraged to learn more of Co-op management. Currently, one Member of the Management Committee commenced the CIH distance learning programme and another has completed Level I module course on Board / Committee management provided under the London Forum Learning/ISLE association funded by the Housing Corporation. Members of all Committee are encouraged to attend Seminars workshops and Conferences and many have taken the offers including visits to Europe to visit other housing Co-ops. The Co-op itself is a Member of the National Confederation of Co-ops and National Housing Federation. A tenant of the Co-op was a previous Member of ŒHEART¹- Harlesden Environmental Action Residents Team. The Co-op is represented at a large number of meetings with Brent Housing and its Supported People Team and the Annual Brent Housing Conference and Exhibition.
