In the Residents Manual there are some important policies for you to refer to should you have a Compliant for example, or if you fall into Rent Arrears then you will know what action you need to take and also a sample copy of the Tenancy Agreement, very important Reference document if you are unsure about any aspect of your Tenancy!

A hard copy will always available in the Office (just ask the HSM) should you wish to refer to any particular policy or have a query! As we have said previously if you feel there is a need to have a particular policy for reference purposes with you, then you can always contact the HSM and ask for your own copy and it be sent to you. But please bear in mind that it is always possible to visit the office and examine a copy or copies if you prefer rather than having a hard copy which you may lose in the flat!
