Finding the right home for you.
Finding the right home for you.
Building homes, making places, enhancing lives
We house single homeless people of the London Borough of Brent and are organised in a self-managing, friendly, community Co-operative, funded by local government and the Homes & Communities Agency to purchase, modernise & manage our own properties. Arneway currently owns converted houses, which comprise as separate one-bedroom units.

Dear Consultee,

Dear All
We have relaunched of Brent Council’s, ‘Brent Well & Warm’ programme. Brent Well & Warm aims to support residents through the cost of living crisis. And now residents can refer themselves.
What is Brent Well & Warm?
Brent Well & Warm is a referral support programme led by Brent Council and Groundwork’s Green Doctors, and is available to Brent’s most vulnerable residents who are struggling to keep their homes warm and to pay their energy bills.
The Green Doctors will provide in depth consultations to residents, which could include a visit to residents’ homes to install free energy-saving measures, giving advice on bills and providing referrals to further services to improve health and well-being.
Who can make referrals to Brent Warm & Well?
The referral route is now open to the public. Brent staff members and partner agencies can still also refer a resident for the programme. In particular, we encourage referrals from Health, Housing or Care Teams.
What is the eligibility criteria?
Any Brent household with one or more of the following:
• Anyone over the age of 60
• Families with children under 12
• Anyone with long term physical or mental health conditions
• Anyone who is pregnant
How can I refer a resident?
If you would like to refer a Brent resident that is struggling, please complete this form here: Brent Well & Warm form – you can also send this form to residents so they can self-refer.
