| The Kingsbury Green Corridors Project aims to create greener, safer, and better-connected walking, wheeling, and cycling routes across the Kingsbury Green Neighbourhood area.
This online briefing will provide an update on the progress so far and share more information about how to get involved. | We will be visiting sites in Brent where the community and council are taking climate action and contributing to our future climate heritage story. Collaborative efforts are contributing to a cleaner, greener Brent, as well as help us to reach net zero carbon emissions in Brent by 2030. |

| Brent Council and the London School of Economics Religion and Global Society research unit (LSE RGS) invite you to a Symposium on ‘The Connection Between Faith and Climate Action.’
LSE RGS will be presenting their policy and research work around faith and climate change – and the importance of working with faith communities to bring about positive behaviour change. Brent Council will also be showcasing their grassroots work with faith communities in the borough. |

| Come join Jackie and the Greenstalk, the upcoming eco-pantomime in Brent which has been organised by Friends of the Earth for all the family. Watch as Jackie and her friends bravely take down the GIANT multinational and work to bring about an end to climate change. It is admission free, but donations are welcome. |

Veolia Sustainability Fund The deadline for the Sustainability Fund has been extended to 14 October
The Sustainability Fund will provide cash sponsorship, in-kind resources or staff volunteers to support not-for-profit organisations and community groups to transform their local community or environment. A successful project will provide evidence of one or more of the following:
Veolia’s team looks favourably on projects that have considered the long-term or ongoing benefits for the community and will consider all projects based on merit. Larger projects that require more funding are sometimes considered.
Who is it for? Any not-for-profit organisation, community group or individuals can apply to the Sustainability Fund.
