We are delighted to share the success of our Community Wealth Building Summit and Meet the Buyer Event, that we recently held at Brent Civic Centre, in partnership with Branduin Business Support.

The summit highlighted impactful insights from Community Wealth Building thought leaders, speakers, who shared their experience and methods to strengthen local economies through inclusive growth, robust supply chains, and collaboration, inspiring a fresh approach to business and community investment.

This high-profile event connected eight leading buyers with over 60 Brent-based SMEs, showcasing the Council’s proactive strategy to foster partnerships that drive business growth and enhance the Borough’s economic vitality.

Over 250 buyer-supplier meetings took place, facilitating tailored discussions and uncovering growth opportunities. Attendees praised the event’s focus on meaningful conversations and impactful networking, bringing together SMEs, large buyers, and anchor institutions.

By forging these connections and strengthening the local supply chain, the Council continues to drive collaboration and support the local business ecosystem.

Thank you for being part of this journey toward sustainable and inclusive growth!
