The Board at Arneway Housing want to be the best Board to represent the Members, and life is becoming even more complicated and housing issues are growing in complexity and following the tragedy at Grenfell the Board members are determined that nothing like those errors and mistakes will be part of Arneway Housing.
The Chair and the members of the Board will be attending housing courses to become better informed and be better Board members to represent all the Members of Arneway Housing.
The regulations and the expectations from the Government and the Social Regulator has become more acute and it is essential that Board Members become more responsive to these challenges and, as the Co-op moves towards the 50th Anniversary of its formation, we must look to demonstrate how we celebrate 50 years of the Housing Co-op in Brent.
