A History of Goodwill
Arneway Housing Co-operative is a Government Registered Housing Association. Since our founding in 1979, we have operated as a non-profit organization with charitable status. We receive public money to help provide homes for people who need them most.
Our aim is to provide well-maintained affordable housing to our members. In return, members help run the Co-operative, a model that has evolved over many years due to the commitment of those who came before.

Board Membership

Judith manages all major repairs, asset management, and building safety compliance. Passionate about alleviating homelessness, she is a certified housing professional and qualified Fire Risk Assessor.

How do I apply for a home?
Register with Brent Council first, then complete our application form. Read the entire form carefully as it is a legally enforceable document. If you require assistance completing it, contact the office on 0208 965 5537 and seek support.
Can I have a friend share my home?
Our units are self-contained one-bedroom flats let to single people, and your tenancy agreement sets out who may live there. Speak to the office before anyone moves in and we will explain what your agreement allows.
I’m having difficulty paying rent, what do I do?
Speak to us early. We would always rather agree an affordable arrangement than take action, and we can confirm your rent figures to the council or DWP if you are claiming Housing Benefit or Universal Credit.
