Making a complaint
Tell the office first — most things are settled quickly. If you are not satisfied, the Board reviews the complaint, and you can then take it to the Housing Ombudsman. Our annual complaints performance report is published each year.
Referral agencies
If you are referring a Brent resident who is struggling, choose “Referral from an agency” above and include your organisation and contact details.
Members’ WhatsApp groups
The office is small, so you will usually speak to someone who knows your tenancy. Members can also register for one of our WhatsApp groups.
