I decided to become a board member as I wanted to contribute to Arneway’s vision of providing safe and affordable housing for individuals who are experiencing homelessness.

I am also passionate about community engagement and collaborations for sustainable, healthy outcomes. Therefore, being part of a team (i.e, Board) that promotes diversity, shared learning and collective action in decision making processes not only aligns with my values but is at the heart of being a board member, as it can lead to improving lives, which is a great thing!
