I joined Arneway Housing Co-operative in 2007 as a part-time assistant, working alongside former Director Duncan Aitkins. What began as a small administrative role quickly grew into a genuine passion for housing, community, and the people who make our co-op what it is today.

In 2014, I became Maintenance Coordinator, gaining valuable hands-on experience working closely with engineers and contractors. Those years gave me a strong understanding of property maintenance, housing management, and fire safety. I hold a CIH Level 3 qualification and am currently completing Level 4 in Housing and Maintenance.

In 2025, following Duncan’s retirement, I was honoured to be recommended to the Board and offered the role of Housing Manager, helping to ensure continuity within the organisation.

Today, I remain committed to leading with integrity, approachability, and a strong sense of community. 

Arneway has been part of my life for nearly two decades, and I’m proud to help shape its future.
